Leftist peace movements act to gain the right to point a gun at you, held by an officer of the state, and to force you to do their bidding. It makes the entire idea of “peace movement” on the left an oxymoron.

The "Peace Movement" that got fired up by SDS et al. in the '60s was violent then, and is violent now ... there's no meaningful difference between these hippies and the jerkoffs who spat on Soldiers returning from Viet Nam.
