It’s unique because it’s the only place where all the Western elites got snookered by Muslim propaganda into believing in non-existent genocides.
It’s unique because it’s the only place where Orthodox Christian land, rather than Jewish or Western Christian or secularist land, can be stolen to feed the jihadi crocodile in of being eaten last. (Sure there’s Chechenya, but Russia can’t be bullied like Serbia can.)
It’s unique because the non-Muslim populace fought tooth and nail against Islamization, knowing from centuries of experience what it would be like, only to be stabbed in the back by the West, which has to keep pretending to itself that it was fighting in a righteous cause because without God’s help repentence for such a betrayal is humanly impossible, and the secularized West is bereft of grace.
Anything else I can help sort out for you?
Yup. During the wars of the Yugoslav dissolution, the Serbs had volunteers from most of the Orthodox Christian countries nearby fighting in their army: Greeks, Romanian, Bulgarians, Russians.
The army under St. Lazar that sacrificed itself on the Field of Kosovo to stop the Muslim advance into Europe was led by the Serbian Tsar, but included Greeks, Bulgars, and Romanians as well. Kosovo is sacred not just to the Serbs, but to all Orthodox Christians.
Will not be suprising if Russia ends up helping Serbia military wise take Kosovo back bigtime, resulting in another Balkens war.
I have not received my issue of “The Lutheran” yet—it’s always late coming here. I blew off reading most of the last issue—I might do the same with this one. Or I might read it after Meatfare Sunday lunch (with some slivo and wine) at our Serbian congregation. That’s the Last Judgment Sunday, too—quite appropriate for dealing with this globalist poison.
Anyone who has heard the Holy Week Gospel, year in and year out, knowns that the political radical in that story was Barabbas, not Jesus. If the ELCA leaders think they can fool the faithful on this, they must be counting on a great deal of Biblical and liturgical illiteracy, or just plain Dummheit!
And this is not really a replay of the 1960s, since globalism was not possible before the end of the Cold War and the rise of the Internet. The ELCA mis-leaders must want a rebirth of clintonism, or hope that Obama will make for something even worse.
Please say a prayer for the suffering Christian people of Kosovo and Metohija at your liturgy this Sunday, and on subsequent Sundays. Kosovo is Serbia!!!!
Did not Knez Lazar’s army include Albanians as well?
islam has REALLY caused most of the Albanian nation to degenerate into savagery since then!!!!
Almost certainly. The Albanians were Christian then, though I think divided between Orthodox and Latin, even as the remaining Albanian Christians are today.
