Front-runners have everything to lose by debating. Well, in his own words when he wasn't included in the Fox debate- the voters have a right to hear from all candidates. Also, according to a recent article in the Galveston County Daily News, Peden is actually leading Paul. Now, with all the national exposure, I believe that Peden's chances are nill, but just like how Paul's supporters stick with him even though he is pretty much mathematically eliminated from the Presidential nomination, I'll stick with Peden for congress.
