he’s still .12 second slower than mcgivern was. :)

and both miculek and mcgivern were not only fast.. they were accurate. 6 shots in about 1/2 second, at 15 feet the group could be covered with a half dollar.

The original bill did not mention rapid fire weapons, the new bill does.

6 rounds in under a second is gonna be a beeeeaaaach with a smoothbore musket, [obviously the only 'arms' ] protected by the Fed as well as their States Constitutions...
