Just because NFA weapons are legal in some states doesn’t mean they’re legal in all.

Minnesota is a “Curio&Relic” state. The only MGs that can be legally owned by an individual here are those on the C&R list.

Understood. LL was unclear in his post. It sounded to me like he was speaking about the entire country. His response to me clarified that point. I, myself live in a "not so free" state in regards to machine guns, so am aware that some state statues are more strict than the federal laws. And, I do agree that the guys original article was, as is usually the case, with gun grabbers, mostly Bravo Sierra.
