You’re mixed race? Are you healthier than most people you know?

I’m half Hispanic and half Anglo Saxon. My mother always said this made us healthier. When all my friends got the flu or colds I stayed healthy and that is pretty much true to this day. Not that I haven’t had my problems, but maybe not as many as most of my friends.

I don’t think I got fewer colds than the people around me...but most of them were mixed-race too.

But I work out more than most people, so I’m healthier in that category!

Similar here; half Italian, and half Anglo. I haven't had any significant illness since I was four years old (63 now). I can wallow around sick people and never get whatever the current plague is.
