The argument in this study is similar to arguing that a mutt is genetically superior to a purebread Jack Russell.
The point is that genetic diversity is therefore more genetically "strong", and thus, natural selection weakens the genetic strength of a population.

I guess Puerto Ricans, Brazilians, and Mexicans are superior to us all as they are a mixture of different races. Not.
