CNN tracked down this guy and he in fact did write to Obama. He is out of Ft. Drum, NY. Now Obama was NOT quite precise in what this guy complained about but he is not a happy camper.

Thing of it is that his complaints can ALLLLL be traced back to the military CUTS done under the Clintons. Now do you remember lord McCain complaining about how vast and deep the Clintons were cutting the military?
