Yes, but apparently not this great Nation. I honestly don't know Cheney's real opinion on the matter, but George W. Bush has repeatedly placed the interests of other countries and the United Nations above that of the United States.

If there are any American historians around to remember him, he'll be remembered as a symptom of a disease that was eventually corrected. If not, well ¡Sí, Se Puede!
