If/when the Clinton campaign goes up in flames, there’s going to be a lot of stuff written about the turning point of the race, what they did wrong, etc. Other than the fact that she’s a terrible candidate, I believe the turning point occurred during that MSNBC debate last fall when she took that idiotic position on giving drivers’ licenses to illegal aliens.

Obama still favors giving driver's licenses to illegals. Hillary's problem had more to do with her indecisiveness and waffling than her actual position. Admittedly, the vast majority of New Yorkers disagreed with the Spitzer initiative, which is not the wise position to support if you are the senator from NY.
Hillary was simply a bad candidate who had high negatives and was unable to connect with the public.

Obama may win with that issue, but it might not play that well nationally. If, that is, the subject is actually brought up. Which it will not be, seeing that the candidates are all opposed to enforcing immigration law.
