It would appear that we are starting to perfume the pig. While that may be doable, even to the point of “victory”, what do we win?
How hard was it to beat Gore and Kerry, two real losers? Wait a minute, those were close. What did we win there? Twelve to twenty million new amigos, a bloated, over-spending government, and a great big target for the loony left.
After Reagan, even a globalist twerp like Bush Sr, could get elected, although again with the help of a loser Dem. After the two Bushes (moving toward the “center”), what have we gotten, or will we get?
Exactly. Just think if we had a good candidate. We could get excited about winning. As it stands, a victory will not really be a victory.
“After the two Bushes (moving toward the center), what have we gotten, or will we get?”
What we did get was lower taxes, 2 great Supreme Court Judges and an ongoing War on terror.
We did not much of what we want, but these 3 items are why we can not allow a Dem in the White House.
And DO NOT bring up immigration. That will not be a problem for John McCain. The Democrats will be the one to propose the sellout solutions on the border if elected. If McCain on the other hand is elected, we are safe in knowing that he has surrounded himself with tough border advocates like Dr. Juan Hernandez, who will see to it we are protected. It will be much better than the Democrats in there.....
“After the two Bushes (moving toward the center), what have we gotten, or will we get?”
What you WON’T “get” is a socialistic quasi-Muslim at the pinnacle of the Executive branch and Commander-in-Chief.
Frankly, that’s enough for me.
I’m much more in favor of four years of “divided government” than I am in the “changes” that the Obamessiah will bring...

It's easy to list the good things that we got from GW Bush. Tax cuts, judges, a well fought WOT...and there have been numerous lists on this board that show other good things.
Don't vote for McCain if that is what you wants, but please spare me the rationalizations.
