Jetton made his remarks when asked about his statement made to Republicans in Springfield, Mo., that he would like to "trade some of our people for some of the Mexicans who work so hard."
He didn't back away from that remark. "If we can find a way to trade them, I would trade them in a heartbeat," Jetton said.
Maybe you want to call this Speaker and let him know what you would trade him for??

I’d like to trade Rod Jetton for a real American. Indeed, if he thinks that Mexico is such a great society, let him move there.

The jobs weren't great -- the pay was about $8 an hour -- but the chance to get off government assistance should have been attractive, he said. This is the key. It's more profitable to receive 'entitlements' than it is to work for minimum wage.

Did Jetton fail to add that he'd happily trade "lazy mexicans" for black slaves who work only for room and board?

I would not recommend Jetton go to West Plains Mo. and say those things. Nope not at all. Would not be prudent to do.

Will he sponsor legislation allowing MO citizens to live several families in one dwelling, drive without licenses and auto insurance, use false IDs and stolen SS #s, be allowed to go free if arrested for DUI, driving without a license etc etc, take advantage of medical services without being billed and skip paying taxes with impunity?
That is the playing field citizens and legal immigrants compete on with illegal aliens.

What counties do Missourans regard as “SE Missouri”? The southeasternmost 26 counties have about 800,000 people — as many people as Delaware or South Dakota. Maybe those counties could tell Jefferson City where to go — by becoming the 51st state.

I wish the pigs who share this opinion would share it with some of the thousands upon thousands of Americans who've been fired from jobs in favor of illegals. Like an incalcuable number construction workers, textile workers, meat processors, hospitality workers...I am SICK of this LIE (that they "only do the jobs Americans are too lazy or proud to do" ) and the LIARS who spew it.
To: chicagolady
Don't forget the reason its eight bucks/hr. ILLEGALS!
If our worthless government was doing what its suppose to, Protect its tax paying citizens, the job would pay $15/hr with bennys!

He didn't back away from that remark. "If we can find a way to trade them, I would trade them in a heartbeat," Jetton said. Interesting usage of the word 'trade', I do expect that he will get his wish. Maybe he will get the state of Missouri to build some barracks for to house his workers. There sure won't be many purchasing much property on $8.00 and hour, so who will pay the property taxes to fund the education system.
This man really ought to spend some time in a government school and it won't take him long to find out why he is finding few that think $8.00 an hour is a live-able wage... Oh dear I just jumped right into liberal speak.

Lets see an illegal alien from Mexico can work in the USA for $8 an hour and get free public education and emergency medical care for him and his family or he can work for $10 a day in Mexico with no benefits, which should he choose? Would you work harder for 5 plus times the pay you are currently getting?
