National Socialism. Broadly Keynesian economics (which I at least consider left-wing), with extremely statist social controls, nanny-state supremacy (anti-smoking, “progressive” traffic safety laws, lots of “for the common good” BS), a strong “safety net”, etc. IMO, that he expanded the German military is not a sufficient condition for placing him on the ‘right’. Sort of the opposite of a hard-core libertarian I suppose.
