So it is ok to say, Hillary Rodham Clinton, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Ronald Wilson Reagan, George Herman Walker Bush and William Jefferson Clinton [to name a few] but we are BANNED from uttering BARACK HUSSIEN OBAMA'S middle name?

The use of "George Herman Walker Bush's" name was used to paint him and define his as a rich, Republican, aristocrat, out-of-touch with the common man. It was a blatant use of his middle names (both of them) for political purposes (no other reason)--and it was done blatantly and repeatedly by the MSM and democrats to slam him in the mind of the average voter.
This was done again (for the same reason) by the MSM and democrats when they would call Dan Quayle, John DANFORTH Quayle???
Dan Rather used to call him John Danforth Quayle ALL THE TIME--because he knew that it irritated Quayle. No problem there, no problem at all.
