Thank you. McCain did the right thing distancing himself from this juvenile and ugly nonsense.
I watched that talk show host on FOX and couldn't believe his dishonest claims to have been showing "respect" for Obama. The idea that people defend these buffoons and attack McCain is really sad.
I have not voted yet.
We all better let the GOP know that McCain is a non starter this year.
McGovern and Mondale will be laughing at McCain come Nov. 5th.
And McCain will never miss an opportunity to paint conservatives as haters and bigots. He must be lovin' this. :-(
What if we gave an election and nobody came?
Thank you and now let us all pray and ask God, for the sake of our country, our security, our economy, and our children and grandchildren’s futures, that anyone of those scenarios happens!
“Good catch. Unfortunately, it is no longer difficult to believe that that judgmental, biased wording came from Fox News.”
Fox has pretty much joined the other anti-American, Democrat propaganda organs that happen to call themselves “news networks”.
The implication with Mc Cain being “forced” to chastise fellow Republicans was that what they did was “understoood by all to be wrong”, probably because of ORacist’s cherished “minority” status.
Well, not all of us accept the pronounced and declared politically-correct framework established by governmental and media elites.
From the Tennessee Republican Party:
TENNESSEE REPUBLICAN PARTY REMAINS FOCUSED ON ISSUES NOT RACE
The Tennessee Republican Party expresses thanks to the numerous people who have called to express support for the strong stance that we have taken in defense of the nation of Israel.
Our Monday, Feb 25, press release alerting voters that Sen. Barack Obama has foreign policy advisers and endorsements rooted in anti-Semitic and anti-Israel views has been twisted by Democrats who would prefer to scream racism! rather than deal with Obamas real and worrisome record.
Attempts to put the Tennessee Republican Party at odds with Sen. John McCain regarding our Monday press release and his Tuesday comments are ineffective and vacant given Sen. McCains consistently strong record as a defender of Israel.
LOL
I’d like to suggest that you post that as a new, separate thread.
I dont understand the clueless Freepers who keep blaming the 'establishment' for something that 10 million GOP primary voters did. Thanks for correcting the record.
Your welcome. I just said a quick prayer myself based on your suggestion. Hopefully, others will do the same! If God hears the prayers from enough of His children, then He may very well act to ensure that one or more of those scenarios happens!
So, if the rest of the tribe's votes had been split 50/50, your vote would now be so powerful that it would decide the entire election.
But, since the rest of the tribe went heavily one way and not the other, your vote now isn't worth a bucket of warm spit.
The voting game is like baseball in the 9th inning. Sometimes, a closer can decide the World Series with one single pitch. Sometimes, the game is so out of reach, one way or the other, that the closer is given the night off in favor of a sacrificial rookie.
BUMPED for The Truth!!!
I have no problem with McCain distancing himself from attacks on Obama.
In fact, I think it’s great.
Look at all the attention “Barrack Hussein Obama” is getting because of it.
And then McCain gets lauded for running a clean campaign.
He gets the best of both worlds.
And he will be able to call on Obama to repudiate attacks on himself, as he has already done regarding Howard Dean.
By doing this, McCain can expose Obama for the partisan hack he is, when Obama’s actions can’t live up to his “post-partisan” rhetoric.
And McCain has made it clear, he wants to run a campaign on the issues. Let’s see if Obama has what it takes to do the same. He’s already failing by trying to run against President Bush instead of Senator McCain. I think Obama’s old-style politics will be exposed if McCain keeps at what he’s doing.
The tall one in the strip tie seem to whisper something into McCain ear and they both at times bobbed their heads to emphasized McCain apologies toward the Marxist Obama.
Geez, McCain is making it harder and harder to find any reason to vote for him.
“I said that I would not for him, but as I witness this Obamma phenomena I have second thoughts.
Now, Im back to saying screw it, concentrate on getting Conservatives elected in the legislature and hope that in two years we can recover enough to stem the impending tide of absolute Socialism.
This is not good. May God help us.”
I was thinking the very same thing .
