You know, if all we have is his unfortunate given middle name and that fact that his last name sounds a lot like “Osama,” we will lose this election.
Exactly. There are lots of reasons Obama shouldn't be President, but this ain't one of them.
The same people who are upset over this had no problem with the Dems sneeringly talking about “J. Danforth Quayle” 20 years ago. I guess they thought having the middle name Danforth made Sen Quayle sound like some kind of rich elitist. How silly.
20 years... I suppose we also will be hearing a lot of tributes to that poor maligned innocent Willie Horton this year, as that was such an issue in the 1988 campaign as well.
I agree. I remember 2004 and being approached by some pro-Kerry types on the street. But they weren’t so much pro-Kerry as anti-Bush.
I aked them why I should vote for Kerry. They said so that we would be rid of Bush. I thought and said that it wasn’t good enough to be against something.
You need to present a positive alternative. Kerry failed to do that, dismally. McCain must do it, but I fear he can’t.
Obama and Hillary are out and out socialists. We are told they want “change” but are not told what they want to change this nation into. This is a discussion that will not be permitted in the media.
