Yes I editorialized the title, and bolded the most important part.
This bill which was initially started to allow college students with CCW to carry on campus was basically gutted and now does nothing but reaffirm the already existing Idaho Code.
You can thank the presidents of BSU, ISU, and UofI for this crap.
