I’m waiting for Debka to have an absolute field day with this. I’m sure we’ll see a story on Debka in the next few hours confirming all the details we already know but citing “Debkafile’s military sources” as reference. ;-)

what i heard about the serb armor was that it was part of an agreement/arrangment with NATO where Serbia would pre-position armor on the border to “monitor” the situation. I’ve heard nothing further. However, I did see where a NATO soldier was shot and killed either yesterday and wednesday - not sure if it was related to Serb-Albanian ethnic violence or not.
