Guess it doesn't like my ISP location...

Barry, I have no doubt that you,
in a post 9/11 situation,
facing the intel that the president had, and the world had, and that our allies confirmed that Saddam was a threat,
would have done NOTHING.

Barack Obama is a U.S. Senator from Illinois who enjoys nap time and finger painting. He is running for president. I think this is satire, but one can't be sure nowadays.

That is EXACTLY my solution to B. Hussein Obama.
To: EveningStar
Great solution. Now, for something really different!
Maybe he’ll use this style of resolving problems for everything.
In the meantime, my solution to not having Barack Obama as a President is that he never should have been born.
To: EveningStar
I knew it old Barrack Insane Obama, has invented a time machine and will be able to go back and fix everything, oops I mean CHANGE every thing.
To: EveningStar
. . .but I have a solution: I would never have gone there...:::in my best "change we can believe in" voice::::
"I would have allowed Saddam to gain power and weapons, and waited until he dropped a nuke on us. Then I would have sat in my bunker and talked about hope."

I love parodies and this one isn’t bad but I think it should be required to denote (Parody) in the title just like (Vanity) is. Just a pet peave of mine.

What Obama-lama-ding-dong fails to understand is that IF Saddam was still in power, we would have not one but TWO rogue states in that region racing to gain a nuclear weapons capability, and the odds of another Iraq-Iran war would be favorable, and that one would have been even more deadly than the last one.
Any idiot can say “we shouldn’t have done it”, and turn tail and run, and B.O. proves it in spades.

If Obama had been in charge, Saddam’s woodchipper would be running as we speak. The Iraqi Olympic team this summer would be beaten and tortured if they didn’t bring home enough medals. Sweet virginal teen girls would be ripped from their parents’ supervision off the streets for Saddam’s personal raping and sometimes murdering pleasure. All over the developed world, Saddam’s “diplomats” would be out procuring parts for his weapons of mass destruction program.
It’s especially sad for me to think what life would be like for me if Obama had been President in WWII. My beautiful children would not exist because I would not exist because Hitler would have killed my Dad at age 7, along with all other members of his family.
Appeasement kills. War can save.

Think it is time for the Repubs to offer that the weakness that the Lefties espouse; their
cut and run 'leadership' is what aroused our enemies and moved them to fight even harder.
Like any enemy encounter; smelling weakness is a call to even greater ferocity.
