Just the SWAT team blowing off a little steam.
If any of us do that, they call.........the SWAT team.

IMHO the members of the SWAT team should have been strip searched by the Hooter girls.

I suppose the PC crowd would have preferred them to go to a Chippendale’s show?

IMO its generally a good thing when SWAT teams are disbanded. The trip to Hooters isnt a good reason though. Letting the hooters waitresses handle their firearms is.

WTH were their actions that were so egregious that disciplinary action is required? All that text, and the idiot reporter didn’t manage to answer so basic a question?
Sheesh.

Now, officers face disciplinary charges Break in the wrong house and kill the family dog in front of crying kids, no problem. But have a little fun with some pretty girls during Mardi Gras? Oh, the humanity!

Jay Dow HOBOKEN, N.J. (CBS) ― The racy photos of cops cavorting with Hooters waitresses rocked the Hoboken Police Department. Now, officers face disciplinary charges after a scathing report on their conduct was released. The photos embarrassed and brought unwanted attention to the Hoboken police.
Facing disciplinary charges is UTTER nonsense! Is the police chief a sissy or something like that? Someone there needs to get a life. The Hoboken Police Department ought to be proud that its men are MEN!

What a joke.. these guys are away from their wives for several weeks.. the taxpayers (and their wives) should be happy that they were just caught at Hooter’s, rather than somewhere else. Seems like harmless fun to me.

The officers claim Andriani intimidated them into attending the outings documented in the photos. Now, if I were "forced" to attend an outing, I would just sit there and enjoy the meal. The issue is: these guys turned it into an embarrassment. Would there have been a big story if the headlines read "SWAT Team eats Hot Wings at Hooters, waitresses now wearing black shorts"?

The racy photos of cops cavorting with Hooters waitresses rocked the Hoboken Police Department. Now, officers face disciplinary charges after a scathing report on their conduct was released.
Officers of the disbanded SWAT team and their chief are seen in the photos having a ball during Mardi Gras, and with Hooters waitresses during the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
Ive never been to the Big Easy but if this happened during Mardi Gras, as I understand what typically goes on down there, this was pretty darn tame in comparison. Racy? Cavorting? Personally as a woman, I didnt find the photos all that racy. Every one was clothed and the pictures were not sexually explicit.
Are the cops really in trouble because Hooters is not PC because they hire attractive, well proportioned young waitresses rather than fugly femi-nazis types and dress them in clothes that show off their best assets? Is it because the girls were posing for pictures with weapons (that one could reasonably presume were not loaded)
.Oh the Humanity of it all! Red blooded, all-American and very hetero guys doing some shooters at Hooters during Mardi Gras and having their pictures taken with some very attractive young women who arent afraid to hold a weapon and pose for some cheese cake photos during a Hurricane Katrina fund raising event? What is so wrong about that? They should these cops really loose their jobs over this?
Maybe some of the Hooters girls are Second Amendment Sisters or should at least submit an entry to the Stacked and Packed calendar.
Would these same cops be under investigation for their conduct if they had gone to San Francisco and participated in a Gay Pride parade dressed in drag?
