President Bush is also duty and honor-bound to kick Iran a new asshole — but don’t hold your breath.

President Bush would love nothing better that to kick Iran a new one.

But please check the Constitution of the United States. What he wants is not what necessarily happens. It takes two branches of the Federal government to make that happen, and even beyond that, the consensus of the American people that it indeed should happen.

Don't blame Bush and don't ignore the system or next year at this time we could see a radical leftist like President Obama kicking a new as****e of a friend like Israel -- which I have no doubt he would love to do.

Our Federal system allows for a strong executive, but not an omnipotent one. Procedure does matter.
