I just read the speech from the link as well as some of the comments.
One of the comments alludes to the fact that the speech did not take place in the church or during a service but as part of a church related event.
I think that the same rules should apply to all and if this illegal the Bush Admin should pursue but I hope the Obammies don’t use the prosecution as another opportunity to scream victim.
It was a bit like the Catholic bishops inviting him , but no others to adddress them.
