Picking Tancredo is a major major ingredient for losing. Fairly easy conclusion.
Don't go to the SOS numbers, they are ALWAYS behind the network numbers.

They are practically Arabian in their penchant for conspiracy theories. Aside from that, they certainly hate everybody and everything pretty much equally. They are as petulant children, which is the most substantial reason why they cannot be given power through either Obama or Hillary.
The problem is that "open primaries" are forced on us NOT by the Republican party but instead by state laws. In many cases, local state Republicans are fighting these state laws in court. It's called freedom of association and these open primary state laws are unconstitutional.
Anyway the Republican voters still could have over come the Democrats who voted in our primaries -- and they didn't do that.
How exactly can politico have “more current” results than the SOS website?

That would seem to be so. They are quite ignorant and naive.
The same way that the CNN/FOX/MSNBC numbers were way ahead of the Florida SOS website.
The Networks are reporting Realtime. The SOS website has to be updated as the night goes on.
It's naturally slower.
