Keep in mind, there are literally thousands of barrels of Hillary crud stacked up and waiting to be rolled down on her after the nomination is done.

Who's going to do the rollin'? Not the MSM. They'll carry her water for the general. Hillary has had tons of bad stuff in her closet for years, now---it gets no traction.

In a battle like this, don't make it complicated with some ornate strategy that depends on so many factors, go for the kill as soon as you have the chance.

"Hillary was aided by Texas FReepers who would rather watch her and Obama fight than win the White House."

I don’t think the two are mutually inconsistent.

They were last night.

Hillary has already been promised the Presidency, and Obama has been promised the 2nd position, heir in waiting.

Promised by whom? The DNC? What would have happened to your scenario if Obama had won in Ohio and Texas? Are the conspirators fixing the vote counts there to justify your premise?

Don’t have such a defeatest attitude. Even if Hillary wins the nomination, I think that her tactics are going to leave a sour taste among black voters, and that will inevitably work to McCain’s advantage in Nov.

Also, the primaries are going to drain the Dem warchest, and McCain has boxed himself in with CFR, so he needs all the help he can get to even the playing field.

My suspicion is that the only way Hillary could win the delegates without help from super delegates is if they have a redo in MI and FL, and changing the rules at this late date is going to look like cheating to the majority Obamanites.

Exit polls showed that Republican crossover voters supported Obama more than Hillary.

Public Relations houses know how to plant information so that it is discovered by the media without anyone’s fingerprints. I have no doubt that folks who despise the Clintons are capable of doing this, especially with the ammo available.

Time will tell, won’t it.

Time will tell, won’t it.

No, it won't. The mere fact that the ticket eventually becomes Hillary/Obama does not mean that the fix has always been in.

I prefer victory to your 'bloody fight.'

That bloody fight is what's most likely to give us victory, as indirectly shown by this quote from the article: Democratic consultant and Obama operative Glenn Smith warned that any effort to reverse Mr. Obama's growing delegate lead would look like a stolen election – regardless of how Clinton supporters spin it.

"You can make rules arguments, fairness arguments, an 'I'm tougher' argument. But you can't get over the practical consequences of what it would mean in November to take this nomination from the first African-American in history to have earned it," he said.

That bloody fight is what's most likely to give us victory...

By defeating in the general that which could have been defeated in the primary.

What a plan! It's beautiful in its complexity and nuance and it depends on so many colorful aspects: action and its predicted reaction, racism, super-delegates, political intrigue, etc.---and like a soap opera.

Why do it the easy way when you can make it hard but delightfully entertaining?

More popcorn?
