AUSTIN – The Texas primary became a back-alley brawl Tuesday, a possible prelude to Democratic infighting all the way to the convention.

For Hillary Rodham Clinton, victories in Texas and Ohio were crucial to reigniting her beleaguered presidential bid.

For Barack Obama, Tuesday offered a fresh opportunity to expand his growing delegate strength in hopes of winning his party's nomination.

The polls had barely closed when both sides were trading charges of irregularities and bad faith, of poaching delegates and challenging results.

"I suspect that [Democratic National Committee Chairman] Howard Dean is on his knees, saying, 'God, if you are a Democrat, you'll take care of this before August' " and its convention, said political scientist Jerry Polinard of the University of Texas-Pan American.

LOL....Rush was right on this one. It’ll be fun seeing the moonbats fight each other even after they reach Denver for their convention.

Don't fall for it....It's a game, it's all a game

Hillary has already been promised the Presidency, and Obama has been promised the 2nd position, heir in waiting.

They're having a great laugh at our expense.

Hillary was aided by Texas FReepers who would rather watch her and Obama fight than win the White House.

I’d rather Hillary but knocked out of the race. Obama can be easily beaten but Hillary is a shoo-in for President. The only reason she is having trouble now is that the media is fascinated by Obama.

Moreover, he said Mr. Obama failed to win a majority of Hispanics,

Something no one is discussing. I wonder why?

The bloodier the fight between the Witch and the Messiah, the more likely we are to hold onto the WH and do well in the House and Senate races. There’s just no way the Messiah’s people are going to vote for her once she finishes spewing dirt all over him and steals the nomination from him.

“Hillary was aided by Texas FReepers who would rather watch her and Obama fight than win the White House.”

I don’t think the two are mutually inconsistent.

The other factor, of course, is that most conservatives don’t trust McCain, either.

There wasn’t any infighting at the Dem caucus in my precinct.

There was a tiny group of Hillary! supporters — and a line of Obama supporters (I am not joking) 10 to 15 times as big — of which I was one.

It took two hours to get to the table to sign the sheet.

When I saw this, I figured that Obama would sweep the TX caucuses — and since at that point I hadn’t heard how the primary vote went, I thought maybe he took TX in a landslide.

Guess it wasn’t that way all over the state.

So goes your conjecture. Wait until the MSM joins ranks with Hillary in the general, like they did twice in her Senatorial campaigns. Recall: we barely beat that buffoon, John Kerry.

I prefer victory to your 'bloody fight.'

According to Fox, Clinton got 25 and Obama got 14% so over 60% of dem’s did not vote for either of them. Who else was on the ballot?

While you were busy thinking, Hillary won.

Keep in mind, there are literally thousands of barrels of Hillary crud stacked up and waiting to be rolled down on her after the nomination is done. Not so with Obama...
