The Colombian raid on FARC was on the weekend. Today is Wednesday. It takes more than three days to prepare an invasion. So, what does War mean in this case? No air raids have occurred. No cross border raids. No naval assault.
All Venezeuala or Equador will ever be able to muster is some cross border raids anyway. Bogota is deep within Columbia (so much for seizing the capital) but Quito and Caracas are exposed.
