DEVELOPING STORY
ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Local television stations report at the time of the explosion, a man was seen throwing an object at the building and leaving the scene on a bicycle.”
Perhaps an M80? Those were big enough to blow a trash can apart. Me and the hoodlum friends liked playing with them when I was 15. If so, they are powerful enough to blow off a limb or if near your head, kill you.
What a ridiculously inaccurate report.
