Carla Bruni, wife of the French president, has talked publicly about her conquests. Not only that, she did not even call me the next day. I felt so used! (And Monsieur le Président was really pissed at me too.)
You feel used? The only calls I've received lately are calls from Juan McCain!
Carla can call me anytime.
I really enjoyed my tour in Germany many years ago, once I got over the fact that most German women didn't shave their legs or underarms.
That reticence lasted about, oh 2 weeks.

I've viewed Paris from the second level of the Eiffel Tower. It looked just like the pictures I'd seen of it. Paris was ok, I guess.
I enjoyed Amsterdam much more than Paris: viewing Rembrandt's "The Night Watch" up close and personal was spine tingling.
I also had a great time visiting Madurodam, too.
Now that I think about it, visiting the Hartenstein Hotel in Holland, rebuilt as a museum for Operation Market Garden was truly a thrill for me.
