It’s very simple. Support McCain where we can and use the forces of pressure on our Representatives to contain him where we wish. If it were not for Mr. Beck at Numbers USA and other organizations like it, we would already have the amnesty that was supported by GW. The citizens mobilized and let their Reps know that their jobs were at stake if this garbage passed and they backed down. Especially when a few of them were struck down in the local primaries on both sides of the aisle.
Make no mistake, we do have the power to control this situation to keep the Hildebeat and Barry out of the office as well as contain McCain. It will take the vigelance of four years until we conservatives can begin to start promoting a real conservative and not split our vote amongst a few of them to let the moderate slide in again. Who knows, Juan just might pick a real conservative as VP as an effort to bring in the base. He will not have an easy time at it.
We hold the ultimate power only as long as we do it as a focused effort of numbers and are willing to toss out incumbents for crossing us. It’s their job they are trying to protect, not their constituents, and we make the final decision if they can get approval for the next extension of it.
