I could be wrong, but I thought that you have a right to refuse a blood test, but it is just about the same as a guilty plea. I didn’t think you could be forced.

his lawyer agrees, sort of, claiming the better available option, legally, was not the forced tests but sending his client to jail

There are some states where it is legal to use force to take blood if you are suspected of being intoxicated.

Pretty damn amazing when you really stop and think about it!
