A jury will never see the color enhanced material. It's not designed to convict the guy of anything. The black and white photo is good enough for that identification ~ once he's caught.

There are other things ~ her credit card, panties, etc. ~ stuff that a remarkably stupid thug who doesn't know ATMs have cameras would steal.

A jury won’t see the colorized version of this. A jury would have the bank black and white photo, time stamp, computer print out of her card usage, etc. presented as evidence. The police colorized this image for news release only to generate an easier to ID photo for public consumption to bring the perp in. The enhancement is solely for public id’ing...nothing more.
