Really?

Quick! Someone better let David Vitter and Larry Craig know how it works. They both seem determined to stay and drag things out through the current election year.

And, added bonus, in David Vitter's case, he'll be called as a witness in a prostitution trial sometime this year (you know, an election year?), when he can go on record explaining his (admitted) sleazy, sordid sexual relationship with a prostitute.

I just saw Cantessa Brewer nearly brought to tears reporting on Spitzer. "He has a wife and 3 daughters", she lamented to another reporter, him bemoaning wistfully about that condition.

Where is the fair and balanced treatment as referencing Craig, or the republican senator from Louisiana, both of which had children? They were drawn and quartered for their behavior, as they should have been. Now Spitzer gets crocodile tears from the MSM, (excepting Charlie Gasparino on CNBC buisness news). He said a cheer went up on the floor of the trading floor when Spitzer went to the mic.

Where do these guys get off dismissing their families and children and constituents and behave in such a manner and then give the voting public a wrinkled forhead, a broken tone of voice, then walk back behind the curtains and say, "F*** the public." Spitzer, a man who busted 'family men' in prostitution rings trying to get them to cut a deal on fiduciary malfeasance, should get the same consideration.
