Agreed 100%. She is pretty hot, though. But the ONLY reason these women appear with them at their ‘expose’ news conferences is to act as human shields,for the sole purpose of possibly holding on to the office/power, so I have zero respect for them myself.
Just to complete the biographical background, Silda is 2 1/2 years older than Eliot. She didn’t complete her undergraduate work until she was 22, in 1980, and graduated law school four years later, instead of the customary three year gap—presumably she took a year off between undergrad and law school. Eliot graduated undergrad at Princeton 1981, and went straight to Harvard Law, graduating in 1984 like his wife.
The stories I’ve read say that they met either in 1984, or “after her 2nd year,” which to me means the writers knew it was after her first marriage, but didn’t know exactly when.
