All Romney needs is a cape. Super Geek!
I’d definitely vote for McCain/Romney. I still like the idea of McCain/Steele though.
Have either of you been pinged to this dog (bleep) yet???
And Carr was a tough dog too!
I don’t like the Warriors, but I think they’ll get into the second round.
LOL, that was awesome.
Agree. McCain should pick Mr. Romney as the VP for his economy/business expertise — the economy is now the #1 issue.
JC Watts!
“Wow this would be fantastic and a definite step in the right direction for McCain.”

Although we’re in the minority with the many on this site who never seem to tire of criticizing McCain, I’m with you. I think Romney would be a great VP choice.
Huckabee’s political career is over.
That’d make me write-in for President. Sorry.
he came in second in delegates
“How do we get these juveniles on FR?”
FR has lost some folks over the last couple months to more McCain friendly sites. I guess these are the new ones coming in.
Where did conservatives come up with the idea that a parent’s money is the “kid’s inheritance”?
My parents didn’t raise me to think that I deserve free money. I was taught the conservative idea that we should work for a living.
If we win, McCain might want to only serve one term, who knows?
I do believe Mitt could do wonders for the economy, he is a business man extraordinaire...I lived in Utah during the Olympics and the run up to them. It was absolutely unbelievable how he came in there, cleaned up after the corruption had left it almost certain that Salt Lake would not be able to go ahead with them. There was no money, everyone was totally disillusioned and people were facing jail time.
I'm not a Mormon and my first thought was, oh, yeah, they're bringing in another Mormon to follow up where these other damn Mormons left off? Another crooked bishop helping another bishop. Sure. As far as I was concerned, he didn't just have three strikes against him, he had already lost the ballgame.
He proved me and all the other doubters wrong. I was happy to admit it.
The Olympics were outstanding and did our whole country proud.
When you are asked if you would ACCEPT the position of VP, this is the only appropriate answer.
If Romney has answered that he had no interest in the position and would say no, THAT would have been a story.
Same here. And I don’t expect anything from anyone — especially my parents. :-) Hope all is well with you.
Ditto to what you said!!!!
It’s not rare for the winner and front runner-up of a primary race to be on the ticket together. It’s far from a sure thing, though. For instance, is there a scrap of evidence that George W. Bush so much as considered John McCain?
What if somebody asked him if he would accept it and he said yes, is that begging?
