First step would me a mental workup, but he can't force that at this point. I do thnk that post partum may well be the cause... But to get back on track... she was not the target of my issue with woman not caring about their fitness. She is indeed one of those exceptions I think.

For normal, healthly people, if their spouse finds thin attractive and fat repulsive (and the hard truth is that physical attraction is what it is), then they should make some attempt to meet their spouses needs. Otherwise, they are demonstrating a lack of care for their spouse and their marriage. Ok, I'm done I have to attend to my own expectations... like fixing a broken toilet.... gag.
