It most cerrtainly is true, but only if the animals are grazed, and not fed any grain.

Actually, as to the fish, they only have significant levels if they are taken wild in deep arctic waters.

Can you please provide expect DHA and EPA numbers for a serving and the size of that serving? I definitely find this hard to believe.

What I've been able to find on grass fed beef shows an improvement of 60% over standard beef, but this is still nothing compared with salmon and other fish.

Normal beef has no effective omega-3, so 60% more of nothing is, well, you tell me...
