No, not stupid, but an awful lot of black voters most assuredly have been successfully propagandized, hoodwinked, kept down, kept dependent, and kept "on the plantation" by the Democrat Party and their leftist allies in the MSM. How else to explain the 90% block voting of African Americans for the virulently racist and race-baiting Democrat Party?
The reality of the Democrat Party and what is has done for to the African American segment of America also includes the following: Their touted government programs supposedly for the benefit of African Americans have done little more than stiffle success, wreck families, ensure rampant crime and poverty, and create massive dependency. Their support of the student-failing NEA and that union's stranglehold on schools, esp. urban public schools, has further stiffled economic growth and success. On top of that, Planned Parenthood and "pro-choice" (really pro-death) have been responsible for a literal genocide of millions of African American babies -- AND THAT WAS THE STATED INTENT OF ITS FOUNDERS (http://www.blackgenocide.org/sanger.html). In fact, anyone who thinks that ANY of this has been accidental or unintended by the Democrat Party's leadership over the past several decades is utterly clueless about the real effects and intent of the Democrat Party's policies.
Short version of the Democrat Party and their relationship with African Americans: Keep them down, keep them dependent, keep them uninformed, and keep them voting for Democrats. Sadly, it's worked for decades. Dr. Rice and her associates clearly see through this, but what are the chances that the leftist MSM will permit them to disseminate the actual facts and history? I won't be holding my breath. Then again, with the rise of the alternative media and the fall of the dinosaur media, maybe just maybe the truth will FINALLY start to win out...
