I bought a die-cast model of a C-130 the other day. My granddaughter found it (she’s almost three) and played with it. When I talked to her, she told me about it and I told her it was a C-130. She thought I said “it was dirty” and she threw it down and walked away.

Now I’ve got to explain what a Spookie and Spectre is, in plain English.

I’ve been in a Spookie on the ground at an air show, but saw one in action from a great distance while in Saigon.
