Thousands of people would have been out on the streets of downtown Atlanta if the game had not gone into OT.

30,000 were attending the SEC Tournament.

Two friends of my son’s were on the street in front of CNN when the tornado hit. All they could do was dive to the ground in a corner of a parking lot. Fortunately they weren’t hurt, but one of them had to have tiny pieces of glass removed from his hair.

I walked around Cabbagetown and the Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts today. It was amazing to see the destruction, huge trees down and major damage to buildings and no deaths, although one person is in critical condition.

Glad to know that everyone is O.K. Thank God there were no deaths either. The damage is devestating to see on TV and must be unbelievable to see in person.
Better believe I’ll be rooting for UGA tomorrow. That would be a great story within all the bad that your city has had to deal with. Besides no FReeper could EVER root for the state that gave us the Clintoons!
TAKE GOOD CARE!
