I simply cannot believe that Jeremiah Wright is a MODERATE black preacher...

I live in a country I never knew existed. That’s not to say I didn’t know about Farrakhan, Sharpton and Jackson...but I had no CLUE this attitude was so deep and widespread...so..mainstream???

I don’t think Donna believes Wright is moderate. She just wants to BS the masses, so they figure this is nothing of concern, that’s all.

I know the same is true for me. We really shouldn't be surprised though...think about all the money Farrakhan, Sharpton and Jackson have made from being race baiting poverty pimps....it's not surprising that other schemers would copy.

Some of this is, in my opinion, just a racket.

The race hustlers make lots of dough and have lots of influence. Their sychophantic followers might well realize that their speeches often go over the top, but they don’t care. Either they like hearing “whitey” damned and excoriated so much because it serves some need inside them, or as hangers on they, too, are somehow benefiting from the influence and financial success of such racialists.

I read somewhere that Wright’s home in Chicago is worth three quarters of a mill or some such number. I bet it would be fascinating to track his finances. The apparent and the hidden as well.

Also to look into some of the clappers, jumpers and shouters in his church and find out what they are gaining by their affiliation with it and him.

It's very scary. I think a lot of white people are going to pull back from associating with blacks because of these revelations of their hatred.

I saw it a few years ago when I caught black preacher Creflo Dollar on tv shouting that they were going to pull "them" out of their offices, out of their big houses, out of their limousines that rightfully belonged to "us." The congregation was ecstatic. What I did not know is the prevalence of this kind of thinking.

Isn’t it amazing?? The white man has been blamed for the ongoing racial tensions since the civil rights movement, and while I do not deny that there are and have been many a white racist, in this day and age I see the divisions are mainly in place because of what black leadership keeps trying to foment with their rhetoric. Blacks want to carry their anger over the past with them into the future and their leaders make sure that they do.
