Maybe Boren should instruct the campus police to learn how to ascertain what a situation is before they start shooting.
On the other hand, if someone with a CCW is in a situation where they have to use their weapon, they should remember to re-holster their weapon as soon as possible before some excited cop comes along and shoots them.
