A young Arab man from a small town in northern Israel was arrested on Tuesday after he shot and critically wounded his 19-year-old sister to "preserve family honor."
According to the 24-year-old attacker's own testimony, proudly given to police and rescue personnel that he himself called, he shot his sister twice in the head and then repeatedly kicked all parts of her body. Believing the girl to be dead, the young man went to report the deed to his family, which warmly congratulated him for preserving their honor in the context of Islamic law.
Meanwhile, the girl was rushed to an area hospital where she underwent emergency surgery. She remains in unstable and serious condition.
The girl's crime, according to her brother and would-be killer, was that she had "befriended" other men following her divorce.
While honor killings among Israeli Arab Muslims are not so frequent, they are a regular occurrence across the rest of the Muslim world.
Yeah, murdering your 19-year-old sister will preserve the family’s honor.

No, they have no love in the Islamic world. Islam is a religion of hatred. they will kill anyone they deem an infidel, husband, wife, mother, sister. Honor too must be preserved or this religion of peace will make your families life a living hell.

You know I’ve always thought muslim honor killings were a bit backwards. Wouldn’t they go after the guy who dishonored their sister as opposed to killing her? I mean how does killing her restore honor at all? It just makes her brothers look like pansies.
In the Muslim world the woman is always guilty. They remove the shame from their family by killing her.
Obviously not.
They love death more than their children.
Good riddance to them.
One thing that I miss about my former (Arab) country is that we Jews didn’t have to concern ourselves with the sordid affairs of Muslim garbage. Now in Israel we’re responsible for investigating their crimes against each other, taking them to court, holding trials, & imprisoning them. Wish we could just let them rot, frankly.

The core of Islam( the Koran) and thus the center of every Muslim heart( not the ‘militants’, not the Islamists, but the general Muslim population) is EVIL.
