Oh no Oprah went a few times some years back and then abruptly stopped going there. I’m sure she realized it’d destroy her (and I hope she absolutely didn’t like what was being preached).

One of the the talk-newsies said yesterday that she was a former member of that church, but she left a while previous because she did not agree with what was being taught/preached there.

She was in the 1980’s but disassociated herself with the church. I assume it was because of the ties between Wright and Farrakhan and how Oprah would be perceived in that relationship.

Wow so Oprah left but Obama didn’t... Maybe Oprah should be the run running for president she showed better judgement.

Oprah was a member of this church a long time ago and left. Reason? I believe it is the reason Obama should have left. She saw the bit time racist overtones going on there. But she isn’t saying anything and keeping her mouth shut. Oprah knows this is huge and can hurt Obama.
