I think it was pretty clear this would eventually happen, it’s just a shame it took the time that it did. They could have saved a lot of salmon by acting sooner.

frankly, since the Indians get to decide how much salmon they want and when they want it, I could care less about "saving" the salmon.....the sea lions are much more entertaining....

see where letting Indians get all these "rights" has gotten us?....they can now choose what species can survive and which ones can't.....
