So we’re back to this crap again, eh?

We were stationed in DC during some of the big protests, late 60s, early 70s. Dad had just come home from Vietnam and was stationed at the Pentagon. I remember him coming home from work one time with red paint on his uniform. I was 8 years old when we left that place, but I’ve never forgotten how dad was treated by the civilians he protected in two different wars (Korea, USMC, and Vietnam, USAF).

I’m with you. I can’t post what I’m really thinking right now, because I’d get banned in a heartbeat.
