With respect, I disagree. C-Span serves the public purpose best when it puts these kinds of ‘activists’ under a bright light and lets America see them for what they are — and especially so when it forces them to answer unvarnished questions from the public as the price of their appearance.
Unfortunately, the amount of time that C-SPAN allows this scrutiny is limited. Much of their programming is devoted to scripted propaganda "forums" conducted by left-wing groups with legitimate sounding names. As a result, I haven't watched C-SPAN for a number of years.
