Barack Obamas campaign has rejected the support of the New Black Panther Party, after removing an endorsement by the group from its Web site Wednesday.
Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor issued a statement rejecting the Panther backing, and told FOXNews.com: The page in question has been removed from our campaign Web site. Its our policy with any content generated by a group that advocates violence.
The blogosphere was buzzing Wednesday about whether his campaign planned to remove the Panther posting, just one day after the Illinois senator delivered a speech calling for improved race relations in America.
The New Black Panthers, who inherited their name from the Black Panther Party of the 1960s, had the page on the Obama campaigns public forums. The groups message said it is backing Obama because he represents positive change for all of America. Obama will stir the Melting Pot into a better Molten America.

Next up...La Raza?
Do any of these news orgs ever ask a follow up question like “Why was this link on your website in the first place?”
If it's an all volunteer army why do you need an exemption idiot.
How long was it up?
That’s the question.
And how many click-throughs did the link to the NBP site get through Obama’s site?
What’s the problem? Hillary defended the Old Black Panthers from murder charges. Seems like the “new” group isn’t as bad as the old ones were.
If you listen to the perpetually aggrieved,
blacks have no choice, even with an all volunteer force, but to join the armed forces,
because they have no other opportunities...
bwaaaaa!
“Do any of these news orgs ever ask a follow up question like Why was this link on your website in the first place?
Are you kidding me? Why would they ask something like that? LOL.
>>Do any of these news orgs ever ask a follow up question like Why was this link on your website in the first place?
Only if the page belongs to a Pubbie.
The black friends I had in the service liked what they were doing,
Reactive moad, 24 x 7. Bringing this country together....NOT!!!!
I’ve been trying to find out how long this endorsement was on Obama’s website before it was finally noticed and pulled. I haven’t been able to find anything regarding that. Does anybody on FR know when this was first published on Obama’s website?
moad = mode...
I believe it was Charley Rangel, when pushing for a draft, that brought up the canard of “no other opportunities”.
I’m not sure but they were ranked on his donation chart so that could be a way to find out at least when they started donating.
Byrd himself probably supports the white half of Obama, but the KKK in him condemns the black half.
Can you imagine though how much trouble he must have voting? I mean he shakes so much, that whether he flips a lever, fills out a mail-in ballot, or has to use a touch-screen, this guy's in trouble, and probably never ends up voting for the actual person he wanted to.
