Humblegunner is just bullying us in here because of our family & lifestyle choice.

It is polite and customary to ping someone when you are talking about them.

The right to educate our own children as we see fit is one of the unenumerated rights mentioned in the Ninth Amendment. And it's about as "self-evident" as it gets.

"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

Nowhere in our Constitution is there any provision that gives government any power to abrogate it.

And so, the Tenth applies.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

and I think it is also polite and customary to not insult and ridicule people who think and live differently than you do. So BOTH of us can learn something, yes?
