Galdang! Look at that Master Chief's salad bar Not to mention the service stripes/hash marks. He was in a loooong time. Can anyone ID the qualification badge?
The rating badge looks like Culinary Specialist (it was "cook" when I was in). Surface Warfare badge above the salad and Command Master Chief badge below. IMHO.

Surface Warfare badge above the salad and Command Master Chief badge below. IMHO. I really meant the "Surface Warfare badge", which I could not ID. I forgot that Navy puts the the "career field" on the rank insignia of the enlisted force.
