David!" from a jubilant crowd during an appearance before Al Sharpton's National Action Network in Harlem.......powwowed with Sharpton and made a brief speech about fairness..... "Just as it is always important not to forget where you came from, which I will not do, it is also important not to exclude anyone else in the way we were excluded for so many years by others," Paterson told the crowd.

Powwowed with Sharpton, then played the Race Card.

Par for the course in this new ‘post racial’ America Obama has brought us. We have an alderman who has been in jail for more than 6 months awaiting federal and state charges who is running for re-election. He won the primary and will win the run-off as well. It will not be until he is convicted that he has to give up his seat and $80,000 p/year salary. His uncle was just convicted of paying undercover cops $5 and driving them to the polls to vote for him, but in the ‘hood’ he is a hero because he is standing up to ‘the man.
